The design parti conforms to the framework plan for the master planned development, while at the same time providing a functional center with the potential to quadruple in size. Commensurate with the requirements of column free and large open space volumes, the parti goes hand-in-hand with monumentality, scale and proportion. Architecturally, the principle façade features colossal columns placed in front of a curtain wall, and supporting a suspended, gold-striped, metal roof.
