- Overall height of building ranges from 4 to 6 stories on Olive and 3 to 4 stories on De Longpre
- Its design aims to minimize its scale building’s height is staggered consistent with slope, setbacks are created at the upper levels and human scale elements such as stoops, porches and balconies are incorporated
